fiona’s gatherings are ways for us to connect; with each other, ourself, the earth, the divine and the sacred, within and all around us

gatherings listed will either have dates and locations mentioned, or can be booked by your group for your occassion

a beautiful event combining yang style meditations such as chanting and movement followed by yin style, lying down and receiving tao hands blessings, soul songs and a sound bath

a dance practice with roots in traditional and soukous african dance, intended to enhance joy, movement, strength, flexibility and creativity in the body

a space to let your body be free to move to music… without interruption… the only input guided by the facilitator, is at the start, as a ‘warm up’…
